Tera Temple, the community, websites & knowledge offered herein is created as a means through which women and men may interact, share information, experience, insights, services, support, and more.

Your choosing to collaborate herein confirms your affirmation to this agreement;

You choose to enter into and establish this agreement of your own free will;

 All activities through or within this website occur within the private domain only;

 You attest that your actions are by you in your right and private capacity as a Living man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency, entity, and or organization whose purpose is to enforce legal codes, acts, or statutes where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; you understand that this will be considered a trespass by way of barratry and that you will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $1,000,000, plus $1 per minute the trespass continues;

You understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by Law and Equity and may be pressed in a court by and between those of mankind only;

All who donate and or compensate for time and or property through this website or any other related outlet, do so as a man or woman in the private, directly to and with i / those who steward this portal;

Any property we did and or do create and or receive, are hereby claimed as the property of i and we; Any information you provide to this site, and or other connected portal(s), you do so in the private; this information is your property, and as such, will be respected and kept private;

We may record our online events and do often share the recordings for teaching purposes; by participating in any online event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way; if you wish for your voice and or image to be removed from recordings that are shared beyond those who do attend such events & is possible, you will need to contact us and request this prior to the event taking place.

We reserve the right to terminate membership to the community, or to remove access to a particular group or forum or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum or offering on or off this website.

We have the right to change this agreement, and your continued use of the site and the services and offerings therein, as free members or otherwise, will signify your acceptance of any adjustments made;

this agreement applies to any events offered by us which may take place in any physical location;
